The journey began with an idea, a spark of creativity fueled by the rich tapestry of Asian cuisine. 

Our chefs drew inspiration from the diverse culinary landscapes of Asia, looking to capture its essence and combine it with a modern twist. 

The fusion of tradition and innovation is the backbone of our menu, where each dish is conceived to offer a unique taste experience that is familiar but at the same time, refreshingly new.

Take our famous Bao Buns, for example... 

It’s not just about mixing dough and fillings – it’s more about achieving the perfect balance – creating a bun that’s light and fluffy on the outside but packed with rich bold flavours on the inside. 

The process is detailed and deliberate. Each bun is carefully steamed to hit that sweet spot of texture... 

Soft enough to melt in your mouth, but firm enough to hold the savoury, sweet, and umami-packed fillings we’re known for. 

Our fillings are a carefully curated blend of flavours and textures, each ingredient chosen for its ability to bring something unique to the table. 

Just imagine the juiciness of perfectly cooked, seasoned meats, the crunch of fresh vegetables, and the zing of our special sauces.  

The fillings are wrapped in our soft, pillowy buns, then steamed with precision so you can enjoy the tenderness and flavour packed buns. 

The best part is, there are multiple variants of our Bao Buns so you can enjoy unique gustatory journeys. That way, every bite is a discovery of flavours. 

BBQ Pork Bao:

The journey begins with the BBQ Pork Bao, a harmonious blend of succulent char siu pork belly, its surface caramelised to a perfect sweetness, enveloped in a cloud-like bun.  

The Rich, smoky flavours of the pork are balanced with a drizzle of honey soy mayo, adding a creamy, sweet contrast that melts in your mouth. 

Five Spice Tofu Bao:

Next is the Five Spice Tofu Bao. It offers a delightful contrast with its spiced tofu, a masterpiece of textures. 

The tofu, firm yet tender, is imbued with the aromatic depths of the five-spice powder, which creates a savoury foundation that’s elevated by the sweet and tangy embrace of the hoisin sauce. 

Each bite is a vegetarian wet dream, where the spices whisper of ancient cuisines and the sauce binds it all in a glossy, flavourful embrace.

Peking Duck Bao:

The Peking duck Bao is a celebration of luxury... 

Featuring tender slices of Peking duck that tell stories of imperial feasts. 

The duck – very rich and flavourful – is complemented by the glossy sweetness of hoisin sauce, which creates a blend of flavours that is both opulent and comforting. 

The crunch of the duck skin against the softness of the bun makes every bit of it a textural delight. 

 

Slow Cooked Beef Bao:

With the Slow Cooked Beef Bao, we slowly simmer beef to fork-tender perfection, allowing it to soak up a light curry sauce that’s both aromatic and heartwarming. 

This bao is a journey through layers of flavour, where the mild spices of the curry gently tease out the beef’s natural richness, all wrapped in a bun that’s soft as a whisper. 

Soft Shell Crab Bao:

Finally, there’s the Soft Shell Crab Bao – a crispy, crunchy adventure by the sea. 

The bao holds a crispy fried soft shell crab, its exterior golden and satisfyingly crunchy, giving way to the sweet, tender meat within. 

The roasted garlic aioli adds a creamy, umami-packed counterpoint, making each bite a complex play of textures and flavours.
